Άνυδρους Σαντορίνη, ο δρόμος για την καθιέρωση

Από τις πιο πρόσφατες προσθήκες στον οινικό χάρτη της Σαντορίνης το οινοποιείο Άνυδρους είναι ουσιαστικά η μετεξέλιξη του Αβαντίς Σαντορίνη, μία οικογενειακή υπόθεση του Απόστολου Μούντριχα και της γυναίκας του Λέγκας Γρηγοριάδου. Όλα ξεκίνησαν το 2012 όταν ο Απόστολος θέλησε να δοκιμασθεί σε ένα από τα καλύτερα terroir της Ευρώπης (όπως μου δήλωσε πρόσφατα) και ταυτόχρονα να αποκτήσει και ένα ισχυρό όπλο στον εξαγωγικό ανταγωνισμό.
