Μετά τη βιολογική και βιοδυναμική καλλιέργεια για τις οποίες μίλησα μία προηγούμενη Κυριακή ( To link εδώ για επανάληψη) ένα νέος είδος καλλιέργειας κάνει την εμφάνισή του και βάζει υποψηφιότητα για να γίνει το next big thing στην αμπελουργία. Θα ξεχάσουμε δηλαδή το βιοδυναμισμο, τις αρχές του Ρούντολφ Στάινερ και το συγχρονισμό με τα σεληνιακό ωρολόγιο; Με τίποτα γιατί υπάρχει και μία σχετική αλληλοκάλυψη μεταξύ τους αλλά η αναγεννητική αμπελουργία (regenerative viticulture/ RA) υπόσχεται πολλά. Ας τα ξεδιπλώσουμε ένα ένα.
