''Σύφλογο'' σημαίνει ''εκεί που σμίγουν όλες οι φλόγες'', ''φλογερό πάθος'', ''έξαψη''. Και είναι αυτό ακριβώς που εκφράζουν τα κρασιά του ομώνυμου οινοποιείου στη Λευκάδα. Μαζί με αυθεντικότητα αλλά και τιμιότητα. Αυθεντικότητα γιατί οι ποικιλίες είναι κυρίως σπάνιες αυτόχθονες λευκαδίτικες. Είναι εξαιρετικά απίθανο να έχετε ακούσει για αυτές όπως η Βαρδέα, το Μαυροπάτρινο και η Χλώρη. Τιμιότητα γιατί τα κρασιά δεν υποκρίνονται ότι είναι κάτι άλλο, είναι φυσικά κρασιά που όμως είναι καθαρά και νόστιμα. Αλληλούια!
