Πρόσφατα βρέθηκα στο Ηράκλειο σε ένα ταξίδι αστραπή για την έκθεση Οινοτικά. Ήθελα να δω ή καλύτερα να αφουγκραστώ μέσα από 36 παραγωγούς του δραστήριου Wines of Crete τι συμβαίνει τώρα στο κρητικό κρασί. Και πιστέψτε με δεν υπάρχει καλύτερη ευκαιρία από τις εκθέσεις που γίνονται, ειδικά εκτός Αθηνών. Λιγότερος κόσμος, η άπλα που έγραφα σε προηγούμενο κείμενο μου, το μόνο που χρειάζεται είναι η συγκέντρωση όταν δοκιμάζεις.
