Fairly deep ruby colour. Quite a lot of oak on the nose yet there are many layers of aromas here; roses, tar and spices. Medium full bodied exciting palate with refined fine grained tannins. Finishes long and persistent. One of the best if not the best vintage for Alpha and Xinomavro.
