(Single vineyard, 850m, unirrigated old bush-vines, tiny yields of 12.5hl/ha. 21 days on the skins followed by 6 months in neutral oak). Amber coloured. On the nose, tangerine zest, candied apricot and apple, together with white pepper. On the palate it is medium bodied, with a creamy character and firm tannins that are not aggressive, but add power and excitement to the wine. Peppery and herbal notes on the finish.
