(Single vineyard & old vines of 60 years of age. Spontaneous ferment followed by partly skin - contact. The result is a yellow-orange colour. Matured in acacia and oak barrels). Following 2017 which was the first vintage of Yellow, 2018 was released in 500 bottles. This is a promising attempt to express very naturally Savatiano of Attica. Complex aromas of glazed apricot, bergamot and quince with soft acid and an almost oily-full body. Rewarding finish.
