(From Houni vineyard in Gymno, Nemea, 5550 vines/hectare, 65hl/ha, amphora fermented and matured, 13.5% abv, TA 5.3g/lt, pH 3.55) Another dimension of Agiorgitiko, savoury and mineral with depth of fruit. Peppery and persistent on the palate. Spicy, mouthfilling and dense. Curious to see how it evolves but so far seems to be a winner.
