Developing with intense leesy notes of creamy biscuits along ripe apples and apricot. Full bodied and dense in a Nykteri style (no oak involved though) with overtly sweet fruit. Might benefit from less lees contact.

Typically high in altitude (200-300m), open to north winds with north-eastern exposure. Experiences lower temperature and harvest typically starts 7-10 days later. Grapes are sourced from three sites. Elegant style maybe not so structured with apples, minerals and citrus fruit. Fresh wine with reasonable finish but lacking overall excitement.
