Always following the path of low interventions to express the Thracian terroir, this Assyrtiko blend (with a dash of Malagousia) is spontaneous fermented in old oak where it matures for 6 months. On the nose, Assyrtiko's minerality is coming out in front and is complemented by a fantastically integrated (old) oak that gives it a creamy character on the palate. Medium bodied, intense and mineral it is expressive of great complexity and strong personality.
