(Palpo vineyard in the viticultural zone of Agios Panteleimon, old vines of approximately 30 years of age, sandy soils, 50hl/ha, barrel fermented in Burgundy pieces, on the lees for 8 months). Medium gold with impressively intense nose showing matchstick reduction, smoke and abundant citrus and stone fruit. Fresh and lively on the palate with a creamy layer and high complexity on the long finish.
