(Skin contact for 6 hours, on the lees fοr 3 months, 13% abv, TA 5.8 g/L, pH 3.11, 8000 bottles). A smart blend of 80% Assyrtiko and 20% Robola showing wet stone minerality on the nose with underlying juicy pear. Medium bodied and structured full of nectarine and fresh herbs. A delicious wine. Would love to see how it evolves.
