(Mantinia, Peloponnese, yields: 55 hl/ha, 13.4% abv, TA 5.5 g/L, pH 3.21, 3 months on the lees, short aging in oak). Tselepos has consistently being producing ageworthy whites from the Mantinia plateau with the Blanc de Gris being his top expression of Moschofilero grape. Pale salmon colour that signifies some age on pink skinned Moschofilero. Expressive with marzipan, turkish delight, ripe strawberries but also some buttery notes. Deep and complex on the palate with depth of fruit having preserved the primary floral aromas of the variety. A wine of pleasure with a sense of minerality.
