Yiannoudi is one of the most interesting Cypriot indigenous varieties planted at this moment in just 17 hectares. Violet in colour with vivacious blue fruit on the nose and palate. Very youthful and tight on the palate with structured tannins that need a couple of year to mellow. Promising effort from one of Cyprus' top wineries. (tasted blind)
