A very exciting Greek Rosé from a local variety in the Pangaion terroir. Pink-orange in colour with a herbal and fruity nose. Complex. Layered on the palate, vertical with a slightly phenolic finish this is delicious and gastronomic combining both savoury and fruity elements. A wine that fills the mouth with fragrance.
