Promising wine project by winemaker Konstantinos Liapis in Thessaly. The winery's basic white is a Chardonnay which is cool fermented and matured for 6 months on the lees. It has good typicity with plenty of stone and tropical fruit on the nose along with creamy biscuits. On the palate, it is refreshing and very drinkable, but it seems a little simple.
