(Clay soils, 13.7% abv, TA 6.1, pH 3.59, 9000 bottles). The second vintage of the flagship Boutari Naoussa delivers both power and concentration. On the nose, it is taut with an array of pungent spice along a core of crunchy red fruit. Firm and dense on the palate this will need some years to unfold all its virtues. A very good effort and a wine that will reward cellaring.
