(90% dry-farmed vineyards, the average age of Savatiano vines 40 years old, Keratea area in Attiki, 35 hl/ha, 4 months on the lees, 12.5% abv). An interesting wine to follow showing the magic of old vines. Concentrated with depth of fruit highlighting stone fruit aromas and lees complexity. Despite being rather neutral on the palate it is well balanced with soft acidity on the fairly long finish. A work in progress.
