(12.5% abv, single vineyard in Fagias Cephalonia, 800 m altitude, 30 hl/ha, spontaneous fermented, matured in stainless steel and oak casks, low SO2) From the Fagias terroir in Cephalonia island comes this Robola which strongly shows its 'natural' approach with an intense nutty and oxidative nose along notes of pear and peach. Vivacious on the palate adding notes of salty minerality on the lovely light-bodied mid-palate.
