Fermented in wooden tanks and aged in oak casks for one year. Grapes are harvested late at high level of ripeness. Very characterful wine as most Hatzidakis labels with very dark almost gold colour. Nose is evolved with obvious oxidation alongside flinty and sandy minerality, orange marmalade, glue and varnish. Full-bodied and dense with obvious sweetness and heat from high alcohol, fresh acidity and a long aftertaste.
