This boutique winery in Cephalonia is the brainchild of entrepreneur Nikos Petrakopoulos producing about 20.000 bottles in total. The natural version is beautifully balanced in terms of minerality, extract and ripeness, combining peach and herbal aromas on the nose. Layered with tension and vivacity on the palate, it is a great example of Robola. (650 bottles). Naturally fermented and bottled with just 5 mg/lt free SO2 (total is 25).
