85% Assyrtiko with 15% Sauvignon Blanc fermented and matured in acacia oak for 5 months. Intense, mineral nose with excellent oak integration. Nutty with lime and nectarines. Fresh and creamy on palate retaining elegance leading to a persistent, clean finish. Perfect synthesis of fruity, mineral and oaky elements from an excellent producer.
