A cool climate version of the variety from the Amyndeon region in Northern Greece, far from its homeland Santorini. The famous minerality associated with the variety is more than obvious here, along with citrusy and herbal scents. On the palate it is medium to full-bodied with vibrant acidity and a medium-long aftertaste. Good effort from Laurens Hartman.
