(Organic viticulture, 35hl/ha, dry farming, 18 months in oak, indigenous yeasts, unfined and unfiltered). Juicy ripe black fruit, flowers, coffee and dark chocolate. Detailed and layered on the palate with tension and concentration. Delivers a lot of pleasure now but will improve over the next 2-3 years.
