60% Xinomavro with Krassato and Stavroto from low yielding old vines (over 50 years old) aged for 18 months in a combination of French and American oak and another 6 months in bottle prior to release. Complex nose with red cherries, sweet spices and leather. Oak is a bit highlighted. Medium full bodied with firm tannins, rich fruit, good balance and a long aftertaste. Excellent Rapsani.
