This is the estate’s flagship Xinomavro. The fruit is sourced from a 0.6 ha vineyard at 200m altitude. It is matured for 12 months in oak barrels and another 12 months in bottle prior its release. A typical aged Xinomavro with sun-dried tomatoes, red fruits and abundant spices. Medium-bodied, structured and balanced. At a good stage to drink with some potential to age further. Finishes very long.
