The Oenops Vidiano comes comes from the mountainous vineyards of Heraklion in Crete. It is spontaneously fermented in inox, amphora and oak, blended soon and then matured on the lees for 6 months in exclusively 400 lts amphoras. After the 2016 release which was taut and mineralic, though not very typical of the variety the 2017 is fatter, expressive and elegant possessing the rare combination of grace and power. A perfect food wine showing aromas of apricots, quince with some herbal undertones. Palate is gorgeous with a mineral touch.
