Τρύγος σφηνάκι για το 2024, υψηλές προσδοκίες για την ποιότητα

Με τον τρύγο του 2024 να είναι πιθανώς πιο πρώιμος από ποτέ, δύο έως τρεις εβδομάδες περίπου νωρίτερα από ότι συνήθως αλλά και να ολοκληρώνεται ως ''σφαίρα'' λόγω μειωμένων αποδόσεων σε πολλές περιοχές, το ενδιαφέρον εστιάζεται στην ποιότητα. Ευτυχώς αυτή φαίνεται πολύ καλή με ωραία συμπύκνωση φρούτου αλλά φυσικά θα περιμένουμε τα κρασιά για να αποφανθούμε τελικά. Μία ενδιαφέρουσα παρατήρηση είναι μία σύγκλιση στον τρύγο των ποικιλιών (μείωση της απόστασης του τρύγου μεταξύ πρώιμων και όψιμων ποικιλιών). ''Όλα μαζί τρυγιούνται'' μου λένε παραγωγοί, αφού οι όψιμες ποικιλίες τύπου Αγιωργίτικο έχουν πρωιμίσει περίπου 20 ημέρες ενώ οι πρώιμες 10 ημέρες.
