Αλλαγή τοπίου στη Ραψάνη: Η νέα κίνηση Θυμιόπουλου
Σημαντικά νέα για τον Ελληνικό αμπελώνα. Ο Αποστόλης Θυμιόπουλος από τους Αμπελώνες Θυμιόπουλου στη Νάουσα αποφάσισε να κάνει την επόμενή του κίνηση επενδύοντας στο εξαιρετικά αξιόλογο terroir της Ραψάνης.
Η εταιρική ταυτότητα ονομάζεται Terra Olympus, με τον Αποστόλη Θυμιόπουλο να συνεργάζεται στο αμπελουργικό κομμάτι με τον Κωνσταντίνο Λιάπη. Η γνώση του Θυμιόπουλου επάνω στο Ξινόμαυρο και η κλασικού ύφους οινοποίηση που θέλει να ακολουθήσει (ελάχιστες παρεμβάσεις, αυτόχθονες ζύμες Ολύμπου κλπ) δημιουργούν υψηλές προσδοκίες για την περαιτέρω ανάδειξη της Ραψάνης.
