Γεύσεις και Οίνος: Η πρεμιέρα Κυριακή στις 21.00
Με πολύ μεγάλη χαρά και ίσως λίγη αγωνία περιμένω σήμερα το βράδυ, στις 2100 την πρεμιέρα της εκπομπής ''Γεύσεις και Οίνος'' στο Μακεδονία TV. Ξεκινάμε δυναμικά από την περιοχή της Δράμας στην Βόρεια Ελλάδα και την πανέμορφη Μακεδονία μας με μία ξενάγηση σε έξι οινοποιεία.
Η Δράμα είναι ίσως η μοναδική οινοπαραγωγική περιοχή της Ελλάδας που διαθέτει τόσο καλή ισορροπία στην παραγωγή τόσο κόκκινων όσο και λευκών κρασιών. Αντίθετα στις άλλες μεγάλες περιοχές η πλάστιγγα γέρνει είτε προς τα λευκά (Σαντορίνη) είτε προς τα κόκκινα (Νάουσα και Νεμέα). Είναι μία περιοχή που έπαιξε καθοριστικό ρόλο στην δημιουργία της ποιοτικής εικόνας του ελληνικού κρασιού κυρίως με χαρμάνια από διεθνείς ποικιλίες. Φαίνεται πλέον όμως ότι οι αυτόχθονες ποικιλίες μας κερδίζουν σημαντικό έδαφος και καλά κάνουν κατά την γνώμη μου.
