Στο βιβλίο ''Ανδρέας Καμπάς ο Πατριάρχης των Μεσογείων'' περιγράφεται ότι το κρασί κλεινόταν με βουλοκέρι και παλαίωνε σε οριζόντια θέση για 8 χρόνια πριν βγει στην κυκλοφορία, πληροφορία που αν δεν την είχα διαβάσει με τα μάτια μου θα δυσκολευόμουν να πιστέψω.
