Εξερευνώντας την Μαλαγουζιά: Στυλ, τυπικότητα και terroir
Η Μαλαγουζιά είναι δίχως αμφιβολία μία πολύ αγαπημένη ποικιλία που οι φυτεύσεις της έχουν εκτοξευθεί τα τελευταία χρόνια (1820 στρέμματα το 2010 από 230 το 2000). Aυτή είναι η μία πλευρά της ιστορίας. Η άλλη είναι ότι υπάρχει πολύς χώρος για συζήτηση και συνεπώς για να ανακαλυφθούν ή να αποκαλυφθούν αρκετές πτυχές της.
Σχεδιάσαμε λοιπόν μαζί με τον Στέφανο Κόγια (Wine Style) ένα Masterclass με 30 Μαλαγουζιές που θα δοκιμασθούν τυφλά για να καταλάβουμε τυπικότητες, στυλ και να συζητήσουμε terroir, κλώνους αλλά και λίγο από τον μύθο που περικλείει η διάδοση της ποικιλίας.
