Κρασιά Εισαγωγής: Μέρος Δεύτερο
Με λίγη καθυστέρηση αφού είναι αλήθεια ότι τα δείγματα που μαζεύτηκαν από τις εταιρείες διανομής ήταν πολύ περισσότερα από όσα φανταζόμουν δημοσιεύω σήμερα το Δεύτερο Μέρος του Οδηγού Εισαγομένων. Σε περίπτωση που χάσατε το Πρώτο Μέρος μπορείτε να το διαβάσετε εδώ, ενώ θεωρώ δεδομένο ότι θα υπάρξει και Τρίτο. Μία προσθήκη που έκανα είναι το Level of Excitement. Τι είναι αυτό; Πολύ απλά όσα κρασιά θεωρώ ότι εκτός από ποιοτικά είναι και συναρπαστικά δείχνοντας δηλαδή μοναδικότητα, αυθεντικότητα και πολύ ξεχωριστή ταυτότητα έχουν δίπλα τους και τρία αστεράκια ***. Θεωρώ ότι στην εποχή της ομογενοποίησης προϊόντων που ζούμε είναι υποχρέωσή μου να δώσω έμφαση σε αυτές τις προσπάθειες.
