Ο αμπελώνας της Δράμας επαναπροσδιορίζεται
Είναι βασική μου αρχή όταν γράφω για μία περιοχή να την έχω πρώτα επισκεφθεί, να έχω περπατήσει τα αμπέλια, να έχω μιλήσει με τους οινοποιούς. Έτσι πιστεύω ότι μπορώ να κατανοήσω καλύτερα το κρασί που δοκιμάζω, το αρωματικό του προφίλ, την δομή του αλλά και το πως μπορεί να εξελιχθεί. Υπάρχουν ακόμα μερικά μέρη που δεν έχω επισκεφθεί στην Ελλάδα αλλά σχεδιάζω να το κάνω στο άμεσο μέλλον.
Την ίδια τακτική προσπαθώ να ακολουθώ και για τις εκτός συνόρων περιοχές. Και ενθουσιάζομαι με την προοπτική ταξιδιών και νέων προσωπικών ανακαλύψεων, είτε πρόκειται για την Σιάτιστα, είτε για το Όρεγκον ή την πολιτεία της Ουάσιγκτον.
