Ποιο είναι το σωστό ποτήρι κρασιού;
Για να απλοποιήσουμε μία σχέση θα πρέπει πρώτα να την κατανοήσουμε. Και θα είναι ψέματα αν ισχυριστούμε ότι η σχέση ποτηριού και κρασιού είναι μία από τις πιο στρωτές.
Ο Πάμπλο Νερούδα ένας από τους πιο διάσημους ποιητές του 20ού αιώνα διατηρούσε μία συλλογή από πολύχρωμα ποτήρια στο σπίτι του δίπλα στη θάλασσα πιστεύοντας ότι το χρώμα επηρεάζει τη γεύση του κρασιού. Σήμερα φυσικά ξέρουμε ότι η επίδραση του χρώματος σχετίζεται περισσότερο με την ψυχολογία μας ενώ η επίδραση του σχήματος ενός ποτηριού σχετίζεται - τουλάχιστον στο μεγαλύτερο βαθμό - με τη φυσική.
