Σαντορίνη 2026: Νέα πτώση παραγωγής έως 30% και πρωτοβουλία αυτοελέγχου για τον αμπελώνα

Η Σαντορίνη βρίσκεται αντιμέτωπη με έναν ακόμη μικρότερο τρύγο που θα ξεκινήσει για το Ασύρτικο πιθανότατα ακριβώς μετά τις 15 Αυγούστου με μία οψίμιση 4 ημερών συγκριτικά με το 2025. Σύμφωνα με τις πρώτες εκτιμήσεις και πληροφορίες, η παραγωγή του 2026 μπορεί να υποχωρήσει έως και 30% σε σχέση με το 2025, τη χρονιά που κατέγραψε το ιστορικό χαμηλό του νησιού με 450 περίπου τόνους. Η περσινή ανομβρία, ο ασυνήθιστα θερμός χειμώνας και οι ανεμοθύελλες της άνοιξης επιβάρυναν έναν αμπελώνα που έχει ήδη χάσει μεγάλο μέρος της παραγωγικής του δυνατότητας.
