Όχι ένα ακόμα άρθρο για τα κρασιά της Λαμπρής
Τι καινούργιο μπορείς να ''συνθέσεις΄΄ όταν έχεις γράψει για αρκετά χρόνια κάμποσα άρθρα για τα κρασιά του Πάσχα και έχεις επιπρόσθετα αποκαλύψει και το μυστικό της μουστάρδας (*) από την εποχή των Wine Commanders; Σίγουρα υπάρχει βαθύς προβληματισμός.
Νομίζω ότι όλα λίγο πολύ έχουν γραφτεί. Με τι πάει η μαγειρίτσα, η σεφταλιά, το κοκορέτσι και το αρνάκι. Σχεδόν όλα έχουν αναφερθεί ξεκινώντας ή από το πιάτο που θέλουμε να ταιριάξουμε ή ακόμα και αντίστροφα από το κρασί που θέλουμε να πιούμε. Για παράδειγμα κάνω κέφι να πιω μία Μαλαγουζιά και θα την ταιριάξω με ντολμαδάκια και νεφράκια.
