Στο exclusive - για μόλις 14 καλεσμένους - event με τις 15 χρονιές Vega Sicilia Unico, μας έκανε την τιμή να παρευρεθεί η Elisa Kwon de Alvarez, σύζυγος του Pablo Alvarez η οικογένεια του οποίου αγόρασε το εμβληματικό οινοποιείο το 1982. Θα μπορούσα με χαρακτηριστική ευκολία να αναλύσω με λεπτομέρεια όλες τις πτυχές ενός dinner - σταθμού για τα ελληνικά οινικά δρώμενα. Θα αρκεστώ απλά να πω ότι ήταν μαγικό και θα δώσω συγχαρητήρια στον Executive Chef της Μεγάλης Βρετανίας Σωτήρη Ευαγγέλου για τη σύνθεση ενός άψογου μενού αλλά και στον Head Sommelier Βαγγέλη Ψωφίδη για τα οινικά ταιριάσματα αλλά και για την ροή της βραδιάς.
