Aivalis Le Sang de La Pierre 2014

A premium single vineyard wine from Aivalis winery aiming at producing a more Burgundian expression of the local variety Agiorgitiko. Nose is refined, dense revealing already an aromatic complexity with violets, black cherries and sweet spices. Velvety on the palate again with finesse despite the 15% abv which is well hidden. Intriguing.
