Dark ruby. Nose of ripe dark cherries, sour cherry jam, leather, clove and vanilla. Medium to full-bodied with ripe fruit and balancing acidity. Tannins are quite firm but not intrusively so. Medium aftertaste. Drinks nicely but could age for 3 to 5 years.
