Amargiotakis Winery, Vidiano 2023, Crete
13% ABV. Made entirely from Vidiano grapes sourced from the Lagkada–Koutsourgias vineyard in Crete, situated at 350 metres on limestone soils. The vines are 12 years old, trained in a cordon system, with an average yield of 60 hl/ha. Fermented with selected yeasts in stainless steel and matured on its fine lees for two months with regular bâtonnage. pH 3.35, total acidity 6.17 g/l, residual sugar 1.95 g/l. Production reached 20,000 bottles.
