Προχθές δόθηκαν στη δημοσιότητα τα θέματα τόσο στο θεωρητικό όσο και στο πρακτικό κομμάτι της τυφλής γευσιγνωσίας του διαβόητου ΜW Exam. Για όσους δεν γνωρίζουν, όσοι περάσουν αλώβητοι αυτή την δοκιμασία βρίσκονται μία ανάσα από τα να προσθέσουν τα πολύτιμα αρχικά MW (Master of Wine) μετά το όνομά τους. Απομένει στη συνέχεια το τελευταίο στάδιο του Research Paper. O δε τίτλος του MW θεωρείται ο κορυφαίος στην οινική βιομηχανία με περίπου 400 MW στον κόσμο, αριθμός μικρότερος από όσους έχουν περπατήσει στο διάστημα. Είμαστε λοιπόν όπως έγραψε χαριτολογώντας προχθές στο twitter ο Tim Atkin, a rare breed. Όμως ίσως η πιο σημαντική ερμηνεία βρίσκεται αλλού.
