Αντίστοφη μέτρηση για το Umami Festival Thessaly 2017
Λιγότερη από μία εβδομάδα απέμεινε για το Umami Festival Thessaly, το μεγάλο ραντεβού του ελληνικού κρασιού στην Θεσσαλία και πιο συγκεκριμένα στην πόλη της Λάρισας που διοργανώνεται από τον Γιώργο Τουρατζή και το Touratzis Umami.
Πρόκειται για ένα φεστιβάλ κρασιού με την συμμετοχή 47 οινοποιείων και αποσταγματοποιείων από όλη την Ελλάδα που θα δώσει την δυνατότητα στον κόσμο να δοκιμάσει πάνω από 400 κρασιά στο διήμερο 18-19 Νοεμβρίου. Η όλη φιλοσοφία του φεστιβάλ είναι να συνδέσει το κρασί ακόμα πιο στενά με την γαστρονομία και για αυτό το λόγο εκτός των Masterclass κρασιού υπάρχουν και Masterclass συνδυασμού τυριού με κρασί αλλά και μύησης στα premium κρέατα και στο σίτεμά τους.
