The Assyrtiko Series: Pt 3 Assyrtikos of the Islands (short video)
Today I added in my YouTube channel a new part in my Assyrtiko Series. The Islandic Assyrtikos, a new category that lies between Santorini and mainland Assyrtiko wines, producing some of the most fascinating Greek wines at this moment. Wines expressive of tension, energy and complexity of great terroirs. Tinos, Crete, Paros, Patmos, Syros and Evia are the ones to look out for but I am confident that there will be more in the near future.
Enjoy and you can subscribe on my You Tube channel here for more Greek wine content.
