15% abv. Produced from Agiorgitiko and Cabernet Sauvignon from the Ntourmiza vineyard, at around 700 metres, with vines averaging 80 years of age and yields of approximately 35 hl/ha. Long maceration is followed by maturation in amphora and oak for at least 24 months, with additional bottle ageing before release.
