Pale lemon colour. Taut and mineralic on the nose with a rich core of peach fruit and herbal nuances like sage. Medium bodied, very salty and with high intensity this will improve over a couple years of cellaring. For all the acid power there is a superb balance and texture, with a vein of minerality and long lemony finish. Assyrtiko from rocky and limestone soils in Pangaion, usually for export markets only.
