Boutari Kallisti Santorini 1989
The best bottle I have tasted so far showed fine aromatic complexity with hazelnuts, quince, honey along with some mineral notes. Fully developed for sure but holding nicely. Delicate on the palate, layered with a silky texture. Has aged gracefully. A historic wine for Santorini and Boutari.
