Canava Chrissou – Tselepos Nykteri 2016

A top-level Nykteri made in the classic powerful and ripe style, this has 15% abv but it is well balanced by the sharpness of acid and wine's salty, mineral signature. Bold and punchy with a nutty and waxy texture, firm structure and never-ending finish. (Matures in foudres for 6 months)
