This has Michel Rolland’s signature and is therefore quite opulent and ripe. There is however lots of freshness on the nose and fine aromatic complexity with cherries, spice and plums but also some savoury notes. On the palate it starts ripe as well but has real grip and lovely texture. Manages to find balance hiding nicely 15% abv. Love it!
