Debina

Debina is a white variety originating from Zitsa of Ioannina in Epirus at the north west borders of the country. It is planted on the hilltops of the six villages of the Zitsa region. Floral and zesty aromas, a fruity character, crispy acidity ,light and lean mouthfeel are the key characteristics of the grape. The wines produced follow many styles; dry, sparkling to semi sweet that are meant to be consumed fresh.
